CMS notes
Instructions for those responsible for CMS meeting notes.
General info
- Notes for each calendar year are kept on one page
- Entries should use the template provided below
- Meeting title and date is formatted as H1 to facilitate linking to entire meeting notes entry
- Agenda items are formatted as H2 to facilitate linked reference to individual topics
- Responsibility for taking notes rotates among CMS librarians in this order:
- Jones, Ruth Ann
- Kiser, Tim
- Sanford, Emily
- Smeltekop, Nicole
Notes instructions
- Head of CMS will:
- Create entry on appropriate notes page
- Enable captions and record Zoom meeting
- Post recording, chat file, and captions file to MSU Kaltura MediaSpace
- Provide recording link to notes taker
Notes taker will:
- Edit notes page:
- Add link to recording
- Add notes under each agenda item
- Email link to completed notes to:
- Edit notes page:
