Exception
This procedure does not apply to items with MPLKC or MPPAR locations, because these items cannot be written on. Order streamers remain in use for these locations.
Acquisitions:
Receive the sheet map in Sierra, and enter the r-date in the order record.
Write the order record number on the sheet map.
Place the sheet map in the appropriate delivery location in TS, and contact map cataloger(s) as appropriate
Cataloging:
Catalog the item, and enter the cdate in the order record.
