Notes guidelines

• Notes for an entire fiscal year are kept on one page. 
  
  

• To add new notes, edit the appropriate page (example: TSTM notes 2018-2019) and add your entry directly to the top. 
  • A template for a new entry is provided on the notes page.
    
    
• When draft notes are approved, distribute them by email as follows

Use this chart to record notetakers and track rotating responsibility for minutes. This chart will be periodically reset to blank as needed.
