Summary: These are records that need the endowment or gift notes added to the eHoldings records. See the list of notes associated with endowments, gifts, and special recognition notes here Endowment & Other notes. The notes are added to FOLIO records in the eHoldings app, and then inserted in the Custom Labels section. For a list of Instance gift notes applied by catalogers, see Gift collections & notes.
Search for the title in the eHoldings app
Choose the selected title
Scroll to the end of the screenshot of find the selected title > Click the package name to get the journal/book information with various sections.
To limit the display to only the Selected Packages ...
If we see a lot of packages and cannot easily find the one we want, click the “search” icon next to the Packages section.
Choose the “Selected” option and click Search. Only the chosen package(s) will be shown to you.
Edit the Custom Labels section
Click Actions > Edit
The “Custom Labels” section should be listed toward the bottom of the page.
