Create custom call number

• Determine sublocation
• Consult chart below
• Insert custom call number in the 099 field

Add Library of Congress Call Number

• • in the 050 or 090, add a Library of Congress call number without the cutter.
    • Example: HQ3122
  • Add any item specific notes as usual (e.g., autographs, previous owners, etc.)

• Export
  
  • Add the following 9xx fields before importing to Folio:

    • 948         ǂaah 
      949         ǂh Other scheme ǂa Printed Material ǂd Non-Circulating ǂg Restricted ǂf catalogerInitials ǂb 1
