Instructions for those responsible for CMS meeting notes.


General info

  • Notes for each calendar year are kept on one page
  • Entries should use the template provided below
    • Meeting title and date is formatted as H1 to facilitate linking to entire meeting notes entry
    • Agenda items are formatted as H2 to facilitate linked reference to individual topics
  • Responsibility for taking notes rotates among CMS librarians in this order:
    • Jones, Ruth Ann
    • Kiser, Tim
    • Sanford, Emily
    • Smeltekop, Nicole

Notes instructions

  • Head of CMS will:
    • Create entry on appropriate notes page
    • Enable captions and record Zoom meeting
    • Post recording, chat file, and captions file to MSU Kaltura MediaSpace
    • Provide recording link to notes taker
