This procedure does not apply to items with MPLKC or MPPAR locations, because these items cannot be written on. Order streamers remain in use for these locations. |
Acquisitions:
- Receive the sheet map in Sierra, and enter the r-date in the order record.
- Write the order record number on the sheet map.
- Places the sheet map in the appropriate delivery location in TS, and contact map cataloger(s) as appropriate
Cataloging:
- Catalog the item, and enter the cdate in the order record.
