Things to know
Some items will be new to the library, others will be Rovi adds to existing locations (e.g. DMC). Either way, records should be evaluated along the rubric below.
Some records will be acquired as copy from OCLC and will include OCLC numbers in 001 and 035.
- Other records will be generated with automation and will lack OCLC numbers. These are known as Phase 3 records. They are still be evaluated along the same rubric as OCLC copy.
