Adding the TS calendar in your Outlook

  1. Open your calendar in Outlook and then right click on the Group you wish to add the calendar into (in the example below we “right clicked” on a group called “Vehicles”).

  2. Select "Add Calendar", "From Address Book" and search for the LIB.TScalendar shared calendar. If you have permissions for the calendar, it will add it to your calendars and you will be able to view and edit the calendar.

Adding your shifts to the TS calendar

These are general recommendations. Please arrange your appointment however seems most logical and convenient.

If you’re scheduling a full-day shift:

  • Double click on the top portion of calendar on the selected day to create an all-day appointment

  • Enter your name as the title of the appointment

  • Click “Categorize” on the menu and select the area you will be working in

  • Save and close

If you’re scheduling a shorter shift or a drop-in visit:

  • Create an appointment with the specific hours desired

  • Enter your name as the title of the appointment

  • Click “Categorize” on the menu and select the area you will be working in

  • Save and close

Multiple names can be added to one block to keep things tidy.
