Summary: DRAFT procedure for processing of ROVI DVDs and Blu-Rays received after the original archive donation in 2015. Generally, these are materials published after December 2014. 


This procedure is being drafted as of October 2018 and is not to be utilized until announced.

Cataloging

Review bib record for each book

  • Check for matches, discrepancies, and make small edits as instructed.
  • Consult the Copy Cataloging Troubleshooting Guide for more tips.
  • Send all flagged books to shelf-ready problem shelves.
