Sublocation codes

Some branches have multiple sublocations, sometimes accompanied by different loan rules or statuses. All such codes belong in the item record rather than the bib record.  Consult the charts below for details and see Item records for more details about coding fields in item records.


Branch sublocations

The DMC and Gull Lake branches have multiple sublocations for different types of material. Especially in the DMC's case, these sublocations often require different coding and call number conventions.
