Domestic returns
- With street address - ship UPS (insure all even if $1.00)
- With post office box - ship Book Rate (insure $50.00 or more up to the $500.00 limit per box).
International returns
Any international return needs a custom form (including book rate).
Street address or post office box - check postal book for weight limit and make sure material can be insured. Ship insured parcel post.
If not insured, ship book rate.
Vendor- or country-specific procedures
Canada
- Weight limit is 11 lbs. per package.
- Insured - ship parcel post, need custom forms.
- If not insured - ship book rate.
Harrassowitz
- Ship book rate, do not insure.
- Use Harrassowitz' mailing label - make sure our address on the label is correct. Need to fill out the number of books being returned.
Touzot
- Follow foreign returns policy.
- Need green custom form and regular custom forms.
