Assigned reading (Main Branch)

Summary: This page details procedures for ordering assigned reading for course reserves.

Books

Reserve requests for books with cost up to $350.00 are approved and ordered using Shannon Cunningham's initials. Above that cost, Shannon will get confirmation from Susan Kendall, and the ARRMO fund still is used. Location code will be mnres.

Reserve requests for videos with cost up to $350.00 are approved and ordered using Mike Laney initials - fund used will be DSCMO. Above the cost, Mike will consult with Susan Kendall and will use the appropriate subject fund (NOT the DSCMO fund) for the order. Location code will be dmres.

Note: Fine Arts and other branches have their own free standing operations and do not use the fund codes ARRMO or DSCMO.
