PubCat tracking

This view-only spreadsheet is maintained by a team in Digital Initiatives and shares a lot of overlap with the CMS spreadsheet above. However, these two documents exist for difference purposes based on the workflows of the different teams. So this is more of an FYI for CMS members. Issues are entered into this spreadsheet via CDAWG discussions and PubCat feedback forms.

Known issues

• "Other versions" function not always finding a match to existing e-resource titles
  • This function operates via a title key generated internally by VuFind; the title key is generated from title, author, imprint, and other metadata
  • If the electronic version of the title does not have robust metadata in the record provided by HLM, the title key will not find a match
