Bring up instance record in folio by keyword search.
Take the next available THS call number label and place on book.
Edit the MARC bibliographic record by adding an 099 field with the thesis call number.
Enter call number into call number field in both the holdings and the item record.
Barcode the thesis with a white barcode label and scan the barcode into the item record.
Check-in book to remove in-process status.
The item record should be “available” with a “can circulate” loan type.
Place finished books on Remote shelves by mailroom.

Take the next available THS call number label and place on book.
Edit the MARC bibliographic record by adding an 099 field with the thesis call number.
